WWE Release Confirmed, Gabriel Teams with Top Stars, More

- Jim Ross wrote the following on Twitter regarding WWE's two shows in Cape Town, South Africa this week: "WWE sold out Cape Town for 2nd nite in a row. 2 sellouts w/o changing hotels. That's ideal after LONG flight."

- At Thursday's WWE live event in Cape Town, South Africa, hometown star Justin Gabriel worked the main event as he teamed with Big Show and Randy Orton to defeat Christian, Alberto Del Rio and Mark Henry. Bret Hart was the special enforcer.

- There was some speculation about if WWE released second generation star Wes Brisco or not, after his profile was removed from FCW's website last month. Seth Rollins confirmed Brisco's release on his Twitter this week. Rollins wrote: "He got released a month ago. Damn shame in my opinion"
