- Former WWE Diva Serena made her Japanese debut this weekend for former WWE star Tajiri's SMASH promotion. Serena defeated Syrui in an afternoon match and Makoto in a match later that evening. On the same show, FCF Champion Tajiri defeated former WWE star Super Crazy but later lost his title to Michael Kovac.

Serena wrote on Twitter: "Fell in love with wrestling all over again ...Japan is incredible. A big thank you to Tajiri for having me at Smash. What a feeling.

- Steve Austin provided the following comments to WWE.com regarding his return to host Tough Enough. It was noted that the house where the show will be filmed is located in Simi Valley, California.

"I am very excited about the opportunity to work with my old friends at WWE on 'WWE Tough Enough.' Sports-entertainment has always been an important part of my life, and I look forward to finding the next generation of WWE Superstars," said Austin.
