SmackDown Star Push, Former Diva Denies WWE HOF Reports

- Former WWE talent Tammy Sytch (a/k/a Sunny) is denying online reports claiming she will be inducted into this year's WWE Hall of Fame class in Atlanta, Georgia. She will be in the area WrestleMania weekend, but for scheduled appearances for Ring of Honor.

She wrote on her Facebook account: "FOR THE RECORD: (yes, websites may copy this): I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYONE IN THE WWE ABOUT ANY UPCOMING APPEARANCES FOR WRESTLEMANIA WEEKEND.. I AM BOOKED TO APPEAR ON THE ROH SHOWS IN ATLANTA, AND THAT IS ALL. Please do ont fill my facebook wall with rumors....thanks."

- Chris Masters, who has been largely relegated to WWE Superstars since his return to World Wrestling Entertainment in 2009, is reportedly scheduled for a push following the Royal Rumble.

I've watched a few Chris Masters Superstars matches recently, and I must say he's improved quite a bit. If only he had been this decent back when they gave him his original push he might've gone somewhere. The Masterlock challenge isn't going to work a second time so I hope they just let him continue working babyface.

Haven't watched any WWE stuff since Mania last year (the Rumble this Sunday will be my first WWE programming I'll have watched all year) but that's a good sign if they're willing to push Masters, even if it's to an upper midcard status. WWE made the mistake of relying on the same wrestlers for the past 2 years and they're paying the price now with all of the people they fired or asked for their release. I'm not expecting by any means to see Masters main event a PPV anytime soon but I like to see the changing of guard, so-to-speak, in the past few weeks.
