- Part of the reason WWE had Jim Ross do the off-air segment with Jack Swagger at Tuesday's SmackDown tapings in Oklahoma was so that the crowd, Swagger's home state crowd, wouldn't boo Kofi Kingston in their match t hat followed the JR segment. The idea was to have Swagger put down Jim Ross, who they knew would get a big reaction.
- WWE and Mason Ryan got some big publicity this week as The BBC covered Ryan's debut on RAW last week, complete with quotes from Ryan's family. Ryan told the reporter before his debut that one of his goals in WWE was to go at it with John Cena in the ring and it looks like he's going to get that opportunity.
