TNA vs. WWE - July 17th on Pay Per View!

Earlier today TNA issued a press release that listed the Destination X pay-per-view event for this year to take place on July 17th. However, WWE will be holding the Money in the Bank pay-per-view on that same date.

IMO, TNA completely sucks with AJ out on injury... They're gonna have to rely on Beer Money and Machine Guns to bring in the ratings... Don't get me wrong, I love Matt Hardy as an in-ring worker, but he's old and needs to revive OMEGA so he can sit down.

Nah, TNA backed off and moved the date to the 10th.

TNA Destination X has been moved to July 10th, 2011. The press release on TNA's website about pay-per-view changes now lists the new date.

the only time you run a show on the same day as wwe is if your event is BEFORE their event... which is why ROH moved their march event in new york to 4pm instead of 7:30...

It most likely was a mistake on the schedule. It's one thing to believe in your product but it's another to schedule one the same day than WWE holds a PPV.
