| - Randy Orton continues to have issues with his neck and has been encouraged to take time off. He's only appearing at television events for the time being and undergoing therapy.
- Goldust was said to be upset that his autobiography Cross Rhodes: Goldust, Out of the Darkness, was not mentioned once on Monday's Raw. | |

| If Orton takes time off while Cena is feuding with Nexus still, then Morrison vs Miz seems even more likely. | |

Agreed. It's most likely going to be Morrison vs. Miz for the title at the Royal Rumble and since Champions usually retain at the RR he may lose the title at Elimination Chamber because I just don't see him being WWE Champion by WrestleMania. | |

| I guess I'm the only one who can see WWE keeping the WWE Championship on Miz. His title victory garnered them much more media attention then they've expected, and The Miz has apparently been taking a Cena-esque schedule with the same attitude of not complaining. Plus, he's obviously over with the fans. Even with Taker not possibly wrestling, I don't necessarily see them taking the title off him in favor of a more established star. Triple H's return and a possible HBK return (albeit not in wrestling form), should grant them enough to be able to keep The Miz champion. | |
