Reputation.

Is it possible to have a rep system with forumotions? I, personally, like a rep system or being able to thank posts etc.

There is the option of having both a rep system and a thanks button, it just isn't enabled yet.

We dont really consider needing it as some people might not no how to use it, However it is easy to use.......

I'm for putting in a rep system, something to let users know that their posts are appreciated and that people enjoy reading them. Good way to up post quality.

It's not enabled because people may not know how to use it? How are they supposed to learn?? Maybe you could teach them!

I am all for a Rep system. I think we should add it ASAP To be honest.

Although, A Thanks system is not needed as I think we will not be offering download links on this forum and without download links a Thanks system is quite pointless.

It's a nice way to let people know that they're doing alright and that people enjoy their posts. Back on OWW I've gotten some rep and I gotta say it feels good man.

Thanking and rep. On OWW people leave comments with the rep they give and most of it is thanking a person.

I don't think it's possible to get that comment thing on forumotion's reputation system, I've looked through the admin panel and everything. However, I have put a rep system in place. To stop it getting out of hand, everyone can give or take away rep twice only each day. I advise everyone to do it for a great topic, post, RP, GFX or general forum contribution as opposed to just because you like somebody, but of course this is ultimately your preference.

Anyway, I just gave rep point to MTM for his topic on Goldberg's selling and one to Inah for her general RP "The Fragile". I suppose we could use this thread as somewhere to let people know who you have repped - if you feel like doing so.

Just out of curiosity, can the poster see where they received rep? Like I don't see the +/- in the corner of my posts (and understandably so, since it's stupid to rep yourself), but if someone were to + rep me, would I be able to see that green bar?
