WCW Star Arrested, More on CM Punk-UFC, More

- Former WCW star "Dirty" Dick Slater was arrested for retail theft on December 31st in St. Petersburg, FL. Slater has had some rough times lately as he appeared at the NWA Legends Fanfest this past summer in rough shape and in a wheelchair from back surgery.

- Regarding WWE Champion CM Punk escorting Chael Sonnen to the Octagon during the UFC on FOX special from Chicago later this month, word is that it's something Punk and Sonnen put together themselves - not a deal between WWE and UFC.

There's been speculation that a potential WWE return for Brock Lesnar is related to Punk appearing with Sonnen but sources have killed that rumor. Most people within WWE didn't even know Punk would be appearing on the UFC show until the news was reported through MMA websites yesterday.
