- The latest "Bring It Back" campaign on WWE's website is for the King of the Ring tournament to be brought back to pay-per-view with its own event. They wrote:

"Although the King of the Ring tournament has been contested several times since 2002 on both Raw and SmackDown, making it the focus of a high-profile pay-per-view gave it a divine energy. By winning this contest of extreme intestinal fortitude at such a large scale event, a Superstar instantly set himself apart from the pack. Although, it did not give the winner a championship title straightaway, it laid the ground work for greatness, propelling him to a level of competition where the WWE Title would surely be decided."

- WWE Superstar Sin Cara turned 29 years old on Thursday. Former WWE star Jamie Noble turns 35 today while legend The Great Muta turns 49.

- Dusty Rhodes noted on Twitter that he will filming for a big WWE DVD project and a WWE Network show in January.

King of the Ring was pretty awesome, a good way to elevate new stars and re-energise old ones. I'd love to see a KOTR return.
