NBA Finals

Subject: NBA Finals Sat May 21, 2011 11:12 am

Four teams are left in the playoffs. Thunder, Mavs, Bulls & Heat. One of the Thunder or Mavs will meet one of the Bulls or Heat in the Finals. Currently, both series (Thunder vs Mavs, Bulls vs Heat) are tied at 1-1. Who do you think will meet in the finals, who do you want to meet in the finals, who do you think will win the finals, and who do you want to win the finals?

I'd honestly rather see Cleveland win a title. Baron Davis deserves it more than LeBron, for sure.

I love B Diddy don't get me wrong but were talking about LeBron James here. Besides he should have stayed with the Clippers. He'll probably end up getting traded again.

It wasn't Baron's choice, he was traded. He should of stayed with the Warriors, but Elton Brand said hey, lets both sign with the Clippers and then Brand went to Philly instead and tricked Baron.

Out of the teams left. Dirk, Marion, Terry, Peja & Kidd deserve a ring way more than LeBron.

I think this would leave a bigger uproar within Cleveland if LeBron and Heat win against Mavericks.

I got on this post a bit late, But I think and hope Mavericks will win. Sure Heat have "the Big 3", Bibby, Miller and Haslem but Mavericks have Dirk Nowitski, Arguably the greatest power forward of last decade and the best bench in the league. Jason terry, JJ Barea and Stojakovic and Haywood WHEN they perform. Also, they got Kidd, Marion and Chandler. I see it going to Game 7 but I don't see heat winning.

In regards to Baron Davis getting drafted, It is pretty much certain. Cavs have #1 and #4 Draft Pick and Kyrie Irving is a PG, As is Baron Davis. So chances are, Irving is going to Cavs which will mean Baron Davis will be going to the bench or go to a different position which I doubt.

Just because he's number 1 pick doesn't mean Irving has to start. He probably will, but he's not going to be better than Baron as a rookie. Baron is also still on a somewhat shit contract and therefor shouldn't be easy to trade unless packaged with Antwan Jamison's expiring contract, and the Cavs aren't likely to get equal value. If I were them I'd keep both Davis to mentor Irving and Jamison for his expiring contract.

I'm definitely pulling for Dallas. Honestly, I'd rather have a big three of Dirk and 2 of Jet, Marion & Kidd than Miami's trio who could only wish to play as well together. The Mavs deserve to win the championship more than anybody. Dirk, Marion, Kidd & Terry for sure deserve to get rings and just think if Caron Butler was healthy. Dallas has a better roster, starting lineup and bench. They have a better coach and much better stars when it comes to understanding the game of basketball.
